Hello everyone!
It's been a second day of zooming into the local and our culture through our stomachs, as all the activities were focused on cuisine.
We spent a great time. First we took a trip to the next village named ¨Pendes¨ (guided by the local guides) where we tasted local cheese and we learnt how it is made. Later, hiking in to the mountains (guided by Omar, who lives in the area), we met a local guy who prepared for us a traditional potion: Té del puerto with Orujo¨.
the evening we made a food competiton and we don´t know who is the winner yet.
More news...tomorrow. Now...let's make a trip around Europe getting to know the dishes from all the countries that participate in the Exchange.
